The year has gotten off to a great start. The country is covered in snow. Hooray! It’s a huge amount for what this country is used to, and we are not used to it at all. However theres always a downside — trains delayed, buses not running, people staying at home. Its as if the entire country has ‘Man flu’. Compare this to those well prepared countries like Sweden or Norway, they are probably bored of all the snow, not phased by it at all, everything is running a-ok. Here, we take a day off to build a snowman!

Haha, you’re damn right. We are SO used to the snow here, it’s really no big deal. When we hear about the chaos in the UK, we’re like – you gotta be fucking kidding, you’re panicing over an inch of snow – while we have a foot deep snow for at least 1 month each year. But like you say, you’re just not used to it.
